Staff was accommodating at the reception desk, truly enjoyed it.

The place is right by all the major tourist sites and markets and Hoan Kiem. The employees working here are extremely polite. Building is very very good, everything is clean.

We got an upscale apartment that was clean and fairly large. Location was excellent, close to a famous prison. Plus shopping centres and a market were within waking distance. Friendly staff did everything they could. The neighbourhood was good.

Cannot find any fault. It exceeded all expectations.

All in all had such great experience for 2 nights.

My apartment was upscale and nice so close to main attractions, the old town and other attractions and areas of interest in Hanoi. Its location was great and absolutely perfect, at a moderate distance from Hoan Kiem Lake. I liked great breakfast with the chef.

The property was fairly clean, very good. It had a peaceful and handy setting close to centre of old quarter, the French Quarter and restaurant. Also, it was based close to old town of Hanoi.

somerset exceeded my expectations on my recent hanoi stay. their budget-friendly accommodations were perfect for an extended family trip. the well-equipped facilities and helpful front desk made our stay convenient and enjoyable. i especially appreciated the ample drinking water provided throughout. highly recommended for friends and family!

slow check-out process

Upscale and fairly clean apartment to live in really close to Hoa Lo Prison museum and the lake and the old quarter and the key sites and areas. Great breakfasts with the chef. Marvellous and ideal location, relatively close to Temple. Nice surrounding, set on what Taxi to take.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows too, requested them beforehand. Its location was marvellous and ideal, not too far away from a lively market.

The location was super convenient, with nearby attractions and nightlife. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the front desk and doormen. Our twin bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and washing machine was mind-blowingly useful. The daily apartment service and clean pool were jaw-dropping, and the hotel's convenience store had everything we needed at cheaper prices. If we visit again, we'd definitely choose this hotel.

Hotel with swimmingpool (superclean water) in Hanoi! Spacious rooms, we accualy had an appartement! helpfull staf! Taxis with contract with hotel, so no fuzz.

the o so typical concrete feeling of big Vietnam buildings. The sportsarea (pool, tennis, pingpong, chairs,....) was used and old, not in synchronisation with the nice (bit demoded) clean rooms! The lobby is not inviting at all.

Outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk and reasonably large and well-appointed rooms. Need to mention very very good breakfast with the chef served there. Particularly good location to a nearby restaurant serving halal food, close to Hanoi House. Based close to shopping mall as well as the local restaurants.
